Job Purpose / Overview 587The role holder will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Soft FM Services at the HPC construction site and its Associated Developments.This includes planning and oversight of all aspects of the Soft FM Service which supports the project: Housekeeping, FM Helpdesk, Fleet Management, Locker Management, Welfare & Office planning and other services as requested to support HPC and its contractors. The services will be provided at HPC as well as other office and ancillary buildings on various other associated developments. This role reports to the Senior FM Delivery Lead.The role holder will be responsible for developing, reviewing and amending policies and procedures that underpin strategy within their work area, and may also be called upon to help prepare detailed specifications, in support of the procurement process. Detailed and specific reports will be required from time to time to demonstrate compliance and ongoing improvements.
