**Facilities Site Lead**

**Location**: Gloucester Business Park, Gloucester

**Salary**: Up to £50,000

**What you’ll do**:
Act as the operational interface with clients, maintaining strong customer focus to exceed expectations.

Lead teams across Hard and Soft FM services to meet KPI standards.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.

Oversee financial performance, managing budgets and identifying opportunities for efficiencies and innovation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and the wider community.

**What you bring**:
Previous experience in Facilities Management with a technical Hard Services background.

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Financial acumen and experience managing budgets effectively.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with clients and staff.

Knowledge of CAFM systems (e.g., Maximo) and qualifications in IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent.
