As our Quality Specialist, you will own the development, implementation, and monitoring of quality management systems to ensure top standards across our distribution centre. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, auditing processes, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, update, and implement quality policies and procedures aligned with key performance indicators and customer standardsMaintain and audit quality documentation to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with production needsMonitor and report on quality metrics, root causes of deviations, and trends through regular analysesLead post-audit activities and promote corrective actions and best practices across teamsCollaborate with team leaders and managers to provide feedback and drive continuous process improvementsSupport operational excellence initiatives, contributing to optimisation and improvement plansBenefitsPermanent position with competitive payPension scheme (4%) and employee bonusFlexible working optionsFree on-site parkingInclusive team culture with room to growOpportunities for training and developmentRequirementsMinimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within the logistics/e-commerce industryStrong analytical thinking, planning, and organisational skillsProven ability to identify risk factors and develop risk analysesGood understanding of quality management systems, documentation, and audit processesAbility to analyse data, identify trends, and recommend effective corrective actionsExcellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple teamsWhy apply for us?Join a company that values loyalty and trust as the foundation of every relationship.
