This role involves working a structured four-week shift pattern, with each shift lasting 12.5 hours. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to build trusting relationships with parents and children and bring a strong commitment to supporting families through challenging circumstances. While prior experience with children and families is essential, full training will be provided in trauma-informed care using the PACE model (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy), which underpins our therapeutic approach.
