If you have sharp instincts excellent judgement and a cool head under pressure this is your chance to join us and help make a difference.Core ResponsibilitiesLead and manage internal investigations into potential misconduct regulatory breaches or policy violations across the businessGather review and analyse evidence including documents data witness interviews ensuring investigations are thorough fair and legally compliantProvide clear strategic legal advice on complex and sensitive issuesDraft investigation reports and prepare briefings or recommendations for senior stakeholdersCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement remedial actionsDevelop and maintain policies training and procedures to promote a culture of integrity and complianceMonitor emerging legal developments relevant to investigations and advise on potential impactsSupport crisis response and incident management where necessaryPlay your part in our team succeedingThis role will sit within the Investigations function of the Corporate Compliance team. This team is a centre of excellence within the greater Legal Compliance and Risk Management team. The Investigations function drives internal investigations globally within the LEGO Group. Come join a team that is seen as a trusted voice at the heart of the organization.Do you have what it takesA law degree minimum 5 years PQEExperience of conducting investigations from start to finishExperience of conducting investigations related to personnel matters including discrimination harassment and HR related topics and/or white-collar crime investigations is particularly valuableExperience of drafting policies frameworks guidance documentsA proven track-record of leading others through investigations of various sizes and complexitiesAn ability to work in teams as well as work autonomouslyExperience of working with senior stakeholdersAn ability to drive any crucial changes following an investigation including disciplinary actionsExcellent communication skills written skills and organization skillsExperience of conducting training#EL - LIApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
