Whether working remotely or in-person we strive to make every day fun and engaging; from team lunches to trivia competitions to local outings there is always something exciting happening at KnowBe4.To learn more about our team and office culture in Leeds England (UK) visit the following links.Careers Page: Executive Assistant to the VP of Sales (UK&I) is responsible for providing full administrative and secretarial support to the VP to ensure the smooth management of day-to-day affairs and global coordination.Responsibilities:Manage and take ownership of the VPs calendar and scheduled meetings.Proactively reschedule hold time and gather necessary information prior to meetings to ensure VP is properly preparedCoordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements when required for VP (accommodations)Be present on meetings record meeting minutes and ensure all action items are completed and/or followed-up on.Serve as liaison with global executives and key stakeholders for coordination on meetings and projects.Draft and send out various correspondence and reports to leadership teams and C-Level Executives on behalf of the VP.Submit all expenses on behalf of VP for reimbursement through the company expense system.Qualifications:GCSE requiredGeneral computer skills and working knowledgeExperience with Salesforce is a plusExperience with Microsoft Excel and WordExperience with web Browsers (Chrome Internet Explorer etc.)Excellent verbal and written communicationsExcellent time management and organization skillsExtremely detail orientedStrong collaborative and teamwork skillsAbility to prioritize workload and meet deadlinesWilling to go the extra mileOur Fantastic BenefitsWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets employee referral bonuses adoption assistance tuition reimbursement certification reimbursement certification completion bonuses and a relaxed dress code - all in a modern high-tech and fun work environment.
