Our exclusive client is looking to engage with an experienced Personal Tax Manager to join the London based team and take responsibility of the tax affairs for the Firm across its UK and international activities.
Reporting to the Head of Legal & Tax, this will be a broad position bringing tax in-house after being previously fully outsourced to external advisors. Being a split role (personal/corporation) this position also involves overseeing UK corporation tax compliance, statutory reporting and tax provisions and you will be required to maintain relationships with tax authorities in the UK and overseas.
It will initially focus on the compliance and Reporting obligations with HMRC, Managing the outsourced process, and ERS (Equity Grants).
Someone with 6-8 years experience would be ideal and could come from either private practice or from a career in industry.
This represents a highly exciting and unique opportunity to join an exclusive growing business and work closely with the partners.
