They are looking to expand their team by bringing on talented Wealth Planners who are ready to make a meaningful impact in the lives of their clients while building a lucrative career.Key features of the role include:Comprehensive Support: Access to a range of high-quality leads, clients from retiring advisors, and proven business development tools.Tailored Onboarding: A structured 3-6 month training program covering business development, compliance, and service standards, ensuring you hit the ground running.Clear Earning Potential: A competitive base salary of £85,000 - £95,000, plus a highly attractive bonus scheme tied to revenue growth. Long-term earning potential is significant, with planners earning into multiple six figures.Flexible Working: Highly flexible arrangements, with office days (City or Leatherhead) only required 1-2 days per week, depending on your schedule and client needs. Candidate ProfileThis role is designed for motivated individuals who are serious about building a successful, long-term career in wealth planning.
