Taking full advantage of this firm's high lead conversion rate coupled with a unique offering towards client service, you will be expected to grow a client book (not expected to bring any) and in turn reap the benefits from a financial and cultural standpoint. All of the clients are provided, with huge scope to enhance revenue immediately Responsibilities Huge mass affluent/UHNW client base, with a client based to be handed to the advisor, via company lead and referral schemes in place that currently have over a 50% conversion rate. With no real need for independent business development. Expectation is to provide around 20 high‑calibre and trusted leads per month. The client portfolio has huge opportunity to develop revenue streams for clients and the business in a fully digitised, yet simple and clear manner.
