This role is central to delivering the Smarter Regulator theme within our organisational strategy and will be instrumental in shaping how our people work to help us become a more purposeful predictable and proportionate regulator. Youll be responsible for developing a consistent organisation-wide understanding of what it means to be a Smarter Regulator embedding this across our people processes and technology.This is a hands-on leadership role that will collaborate closely with key internal stakeholders including HR Communications and Change to ensure our people are empowered supported and motivated to adopt smarter ways of working. Youll work in close alignment with the Smarter Regulator Projects & Initiatives and Comms & Engagement workstreams playing a key role in driving meaningful behavioural and cultural change across the organisation.What will you be doingLead the design and delivery of the Think Feel Act workstream ensuring it aligns with and advances the Smarter Regulator strategyCo-create a behavioural framework defining key principles and messaging in partnership with internal teams and external experts to support meaningful changeMap current initiatives that support Smarter Regulator behaviours conduct a thorough gap analysis and use insights to shape future interventionsDesign and run pilot programmes to trial how Smarter Regulator principles can be integrated into day-to-day activities across all levels of the organisationDevelop robust tools and methods to monitor measure and report on behavioural change outcomes ensuring progress is visible and actionableCollaborate with HR Comms Strategy and external partners to align efforts and manage agency support.
