This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with young children and wants to build classroom experience before pursuing teacher training or education work.As a Primary Learning Support Assistant youll support pupils in literacy numeracy and broader curriculum activities. Youll help deliver interventions assist with behaviour management and support inclusive learning. The school is known for its caring ethos and excellent parental engagement.Key responsibilities:Supporting pupils in literacy and numeracy activitiesRunning small group and one-to-one interventionsHelping manage behaviour and encourage positive relationshipsAssisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisationWere looking for:A 2:1 or above in any subject with a keen interest in primary educationA patient encouraging and positive attitudeStrong communication and teamwork skillsAvailability for the full academic year September 2025 to July 2026Please note: Applicants must hold a UK undergraduate degree.
