The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the AIG brand through broker engagement and assisting in new business premium growth in line with AIG growth strategy and broker engagement drive. Collaboration between new business risk underwriting and sales team to ensure we put our best terms forward first time round.How you will create an impactThe successful candidate will be responsible for promoting the AIG brand through broker engagement and assisting in new business premium growth in line with AIG growth strategy and broker engagement drive. Main areas of responsibility:Grow the Middle market new business book of business and help develop a strong pipeline of new business opportunities through the broker network.Support new business team with timely responses to new business quotesMaintaining first class customer service experience in line with agreed service levelsSupporting New Business underwriters with the procurement and on boarding new policyholdersCredit analysis Limit approval within predefined authoritiesKeeping up to date with market economic sector and country newsBuild and maintain strong relationships with brokers intermediaries and service providersEstablish a culture of underwriting excellence through improved underwriting decision making risk selection and data quality including through rigorous adherence to Underwriter Scorecard KPIsSelf-development utilizing available company resources to grow including regulatory requirementsWhat were looking for:Previous experience working in Risk analysis and underwriting is essential.
