Job Title: PCB ReworkerLocation: WokinghamRate: £15-16 per hour PAYE - £19-21 per hour LTD/umbrella - EXEMPT FROM IR35Due to a period of growth we are looking for an experienced PCB Reworker to join our client for a 3-6 month contract.As a PCB Reworker your duties will include:Visual Inspection: Visually inspect PCBs (printed circuit boards) to ensure they meet quality standards. This involves checking solder joints, components, and overall workmanship.Quality Standards: Ensure that products adhere to the IPC-A-610 standard, which defines acceptability criteria for electronic assemblies. This includes classifying defects based on severity (e.g., class 1, 2, or 3).Documentation: Read and interpret quality policies, procedures, drawings, and other relevant documentation. This helps maintain consistency and compliance during inspections.Receiving Inspection: When materials arrive in the warehouse, inspect them for quality. This includes dimensional checks, surface finish assessment, and verifying assembly quality.Final Inspection: Before products are shipped, perform a final inspection. This ensures that the assembled PCBs meet all quality requirements.Rework: Rework PCBAs to the highest standards.
