We’re looking for a skilled Mechanical Fitter to support our Site Services function — working hands-on across plant equipment, utilities, and mechanical systems to keep our operation running safely and reliably. This is a practical, on-the-tools role, ideal for someone who enjoys varied work, problem-solving, and keeping a site running at its best. About the Role As our Mechanical Fitter, you’ll carry out mechanical maintenance, inspections, and repairs across a wide range of site services and process equipment. You’ll work closely with the Site Services Coordinator, engineering team, and production to ensure the plant operates smoothly day to day. You’ll be involved in everything from pump rebuilds and pipework repairs to steam system checks, water treatment monitoring, and routine mechanical upkeep. Full training will be provided on any specialist plant, including steam and chemical treatment systems.
