Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to make a real impact on a high-performing production team? We’re looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Trimmer & Fitter to join our growing operation. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for craftsmanship, a solid understanding of engineering tools and processes, and a drive for quality.

As a Trimmer & Fitter, you'll play a key role in the finishing and assembly stages of production—bringing precision, focus, and pride to every product you touch.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Trim, fit, and assemble a wide variety of components based on technical drawings and specifications
- Confidently use power tools and hand tools to shape and refine parts to exact measurements
- Perform quality checks on all finished components to ensure they meet strict internal standards
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, contributing to a safe and efficient factory environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider production team to optimise processes and solve challenges as they arise
- Quickly report any safety concerns, defects, or equipment issues to your supervisor

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a manufacturing or factory setting—ideally in a role involving fitting or trimming
- Strong mechanical knowledge and confident tool handling (both hand and power tools)
- A keen eye for precision and quality, with a proactive approach to continuous improvement
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively while also being a strong team player
- Clear and effective communication skills—both verbal and written

**Hours**:
Monday - Thursday 7.30 - 15.30

Friday 7.30 - 13.30

Pay: £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
