Are you passionate about maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence? Do you have a background in producing and delivering high-quality training programmes using various tools and methods? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join a team as a Training Coordinator.
In this role, as the Training Coordinator you will assess training needs, create bespoke training programmes, and develop relevant training materials.
The Training Coordinator will responsible for maintaining central training records and collaborating with management and other stakeholders to explore and implement opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities for the Training Coordinator:
- Implement and manage the end-to-end training programme for all roles within the team, including a robust new starter experience.
- Identify training needs, create plans, and facilitate training across the organisation.
- Produce and maintain all central training data and materials, providing evidence of staff training to support 1:1 conversations.
- Proactively organise training sessions with team members and support Subject Matter Experts within the team to deliver training.
- Communicate and articulate the requirements of key processes during training sessions with colleagues at all levels of the organisation.
Key skills for the Training Coordinator:
- A proven track record of identifying, designing, and delivering training programmes and initiatives.
- Experience in producing management information.
- A training or coaching qualification.
- Strong team working and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with influence at all levels.
