We are now recruiting for an HSE Manager to assume responsibility for ensuring that all legislation is adhered to and SAICA HSE policies and practices are effective. You will plan, implement, monitor and review the protective and preventative measures required. Coordinating site Safety Framework activities and associated assessments & improvement programmes Leading site Legal Compliance (and other requirements) programme (H&S & Environmental) Leading site Behavioural Safety Observation programme Leading site Risk Assessment programme Maintaining ISO 45001 / ISO 14001 / Ethical systems responsibilities & facilitates external certification audits Facilitating of Monthly HSE Governance steering meetings Leading site internal HSE Audit program Leading site incident management programme (hazard reporting / near miss investigation / incident investigation) Leading site Contractor Management programme Leading site HSE Improvement activity and provides regular updates to Saica group Controlling site waste management programme and associated legal responsibilities Providing regular updates & advises site Operations team or any aspects related to the safety, environmental or ethical management requirements. Attending UK & IE quarterly HSE Governance as site representative.
