Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location: Downend (Bristol)
Hours: 9am - 5:30pm and rotational Saturday 9am - 4:00pm
We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our successful team in Downend. We are looking for an individual who wants to stand out from the crowd, thrive on success and relish working in a competitive, professional environment. The successful candidate will work to exceptionally high standards and take pride in their success, but also the success of their team and the company as a whole.
Key responsibilities: As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in connecting Applicants to Landlords ensuring a seamless and rewarding experience for both parties.
Your main duties will include:
- Registering interest and arranging viewings: Be the catalyst in connecting potential tenants with their perfect property
- First-Class Customer Service: Delight Landlords and applicants alike with exceptional service, exceeding their expectations every step of the way
- Going the Extra Mile: Stand out by providing personalised attention and ensuring applicants needs are expertly managed
- Master of the Offer Process: Take charge of managing the offer process from start to finish, ensuring smooth negotiations and successful outcomes
- Target Driven: Embrace the challenge of setting and surpassing targets, leveraging your passion for delivering results
