An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join our contemporary and well established Lettings and Property Management agency in Henleaze, Bristol. We don’t play like the others; our 30 strong team take great pride in providing a highly professional and customer-focused experience.

As a Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for the promotion of properties to let, focusing on building a positive working relationship with potential tenants and ensuring a smooth letting process.

**Essential skills for the role include**:

- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Able to work well under pressure and achieve weekly and monthly KPIs
- Well organised and highly driven
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
- Proven influencing and strong relationship and rapport building ability
- A positive and motivated approach to work
- Enjoy an extremely fast-paced working environment and a busy workload
- Have a strong sales mentality and a customer service orientated approach

**Experience/Qualifications required**:

- 1 years’ office or sales experience

**Working hours**:
Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:30, Friday 08:30 - 17:00.

You will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays from 09:00 - 16:00 and 1 late evening per week until 18:30.

A full driving licence is a must, as well as your own transport, with business miles paid for by the company at 40p per mile.

**Salary**:
£18,000 - £24,000 salary DOE **+ £8,000 OTE**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
