Executive Chef Job Title:Executive Chef Reporting:Deputy Nurse Manager/Nurse Manager Basic Function:The Executive Chef is responsible for managing team members within the Kitchen and ensuring that wholesome and nutritious meals are delivered following a structured menu plan and allowing for individual dietary needs/choice to be catered for. The Executive Chef may be required to work in other homes across the Macklin Group as and when required.
