DescriptionJoin JPMorgan Chase as a Trade Lifecycle Associate Explore opportunities lead improvements and apply your skills todayAs a Derivative Operations Documentation Analyst in Market Operations Team youll be responsible for managing daily tasks and remediation activities while leading process improvement.Job responsibilitiesDraft structured confirmations using trade risk management systems and terms sheetsUnderstand structured products and the respective legal documentation requirements including but not limited to long-form confirmations Transaction Supplements and Master Confirmation Agreements.Drive efficiency in the current process and identify incorrect booking practices and educate Middle Office on the impactManage of workflow in a queue ensuring that allocations are managed in a timely mannerEnsure drafting is checked for accuracy of financial details and ISDA language and are in accordance with JPMorgan and market standards.Build and sustain strong working relationships with internal Lines of Business including Middle Office Front Office and internal counterpartsEnsure all issues are investigated and resolved in a timely manner as per Business StandardsReview of the process to identify possible improvements and that sufficient controls and procedures are in place and adhered to in order to guard the Bank from risk or exposure.Ensure the confirmation process follows the Banks compliance audit and legal policies.Work with traders and marketers marketing support groups middle office Legal client servicing team and other departments on a daily basis.Produce and monitor of daily and weekly MIS.Required qualifications capabilities and skillsMust exhibit strong partnership abilitiesExcellent Team Working Skills and Personal MotivationDemonstrated ability to manage complex product coverage efficiently.Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of shifting workload seamlessly.Proven flexibility in handling dynamic and fast-paced trading environments.Comfortable and effective in managing stress within high-pressure situations.Strong analytical skills with complementary communications and presentation skills with attention to detail and accuracyNeeds to be highly numerate with excellent keyboard skills and a high-level of computer literacyNeeds to be aware and have an understanding of the large financial risks that can be incurred through operational errors and control risksAdvanced skills in process improvement methodologies with a track record of optimizing operations in a financial services environmentPreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsISDA knowledge Derivatives product knowledge and experience is preferred but not vitalSelf-starter ability to learn quickly Strong leadership skills with focus to mitigate risks and taking proactive approach to ensure Best in Class results..Required Experience:IC Key Skills Business,Information Management,Accounting,Corporate Risk Management,Faculty,Jms Employment Type : Full-Time Department / Functional Area: Operations Experience: years Vacancy: 1
