We are seeking an excellent EA who uses their initiative, has great judgement, and can prioritise efficiently for an ambitious and dynamic Managing Director, two Directors and two Associates within a fast-paced Investment Team. Our client is working at the top of their game and is well respected, the team are hardworking, ambitious, and exceptionally high achievers.

Due to the immediate need this is a temp role with oodles of opportunity, strong emotional intelligence, forward thinking and commercially aware are essential attributes for this role.

Outline of Responsibilities:

  • Extensive and intricate diary management that moves at pace with last minute alterations
  • Arranging end-to-end travel - domestic and international
  • Supporting all administrative needs and correspondence
  • Relationship building with portfolio companies
  • Manage team expenses
  • Maintain contacts database
  • Preparing documents for board meetings, VC’s and calls
  • Participation in weekly team meetings
  • Some aspects of personal admin

Individual’s abilities

  • Work autonomously, managing ever changing, complex diaries, planning strategically and prioritising where necessary
  • Natural gravitas and meticulous attention to detail, be able to work to tight deadlines - often under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence, to work with the MD in particular as their right-hand person throughout the day
  • A real team player working closely with other Assistants
  • Excellent knowledge of MS office software
  • Pro-active, self-starter with a flexible approach
  • Friendly and warm, quietly efficient and a modest yet confident nature
  • Graduate level or equivalent and ideally have supported at senior level, in Private Equity, Asset Management or similar background

Please note this role is to start in January and is predominantly office based.
