  • At least 3 years’ experience of valuing/selling property
  • An understanding of commercial property

  • Great customer service
  • Have good IT and technical ability

Tasks to include but not limited to:- -

  • Undertake property valuations and generating new instructions.
  • Negotiating sales of all types of commercial property, including subject to planning sales.
  • Regularly liaise with clients, keeping them informed throughout the whole process up until completion
  • Build a strong client base that is self-lead, regularly attending networking events etc.
  • Deal with incoming leads and converting them into instructions
  • Carry out property viewings
  • Helping to answer telephone calls and emails when based in the office

You may be required to attend events throughout the year
