Youll play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly ensuring our people systems and technology work seamlessly every day.Youll provide first-class support to both internal and external customers resolving incidents and service requests across hardware software and network environments. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same from provisioning new devices to troubleshooting complex IT issues.If youre passionate about technology thrive on problem-solving and take pride in delivering excellent service wed love to hear from you.What Youll Do Deliver exceptional customer service to employees field teams and clients acting as the first point of contact for IT support via phone email and our ITSM system. Log prioritise and resolve incidents and service requests promptly escalating when necessary. Install configure and maintain IT hardware software and applications across the business. Manage user accounts access and permissions including onboarding and offboarding processes. Provision and set up new hardware and user accounts. Maintain and enhance the IT knowledge base sharing solutions to improve future response times. Provide hands-on on-site support at scheduled times. Stay up to date with new technologies contributing to continuous improvement automation and innovation within IT operations. Support the adoption of new applications and functionality across the IT team.What Were Looking For Experience in an IT support service desk or technical analyst role. Strong knowledge of end-user computing hardware software and networking principles. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
