We’re now looking for a Senior People Manager to join our People Team for a 12 month fixed term contract.  The Senior People Manager will deliver a consistent, reliable and customer focused service to our employees whilst acting as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across a number of departments.

About the Role:

  • Supporting and coaching key stakeholders on all people management issues within assigned business areas
  • Providing advice to managers on a range of areas including: Employee Relations, Reward, People Development, Contractual issues, Organisation change
  • Advising on all aspects of employee relations, policy, process and employment law.

About You:

  • Previous experience of working at a senior level in a fast pace environment within a HR partnering role
  • Experience of working at a senior advisory level gained in a high volume, transactional environment with disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence and capability investigation/cases
  • Experience of working in a media and digital first environment
  • Experience working with stakeholders at a fast pace whilst also providing detailed consultation and guidance in line with HR policies
