Travel Sales and Customer Services ConsultantHybrid - HertfordshireTo £25,500 + Bonus and BenefitsOur client is a well-established travel company who specialise in Adventure and Activity based holidays within the UK and abroad.They are now seeking to recruit customer service focused travel reservations consultants to meet the high demand of new enquiries for their products.Candidates will ideally have previous reservations and customer service skills gained within the travel industry with a focus on attention to detail whilst working under pressure.Our client will also consider candidates who are recent graduates with customer service skills who are seeking the opportunity to develop a career within the travel industry.The role is offered on a hybrid basis, part office and home based.Travel Sales and Customer Service ConsultantDuties and ResponsibilitiesBooking all aspects of the client's holidays as well as making amending to existing reservationsProviding a consultative approach to clients' needsBuilding long term relationships with clientsSeizing opportunities to upsell products when they ariseTravel Sales and Customer Service Consultant Experience Required:Previous travel industry experience is an advantage but not essentialGood telephone manner and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and deadlinesGood Customer Services skillsTravel Sales and Customer Service Consultants Remuneration Package:Base Salary to £25,500 + Bonus25 Days Holidays + 8 bank holidaysTravel ConcessionsWorkplace PensionHealth Benefits packageHybrid WorkingFree car parkingSummer socials and Christmas partiesFor a full confidential discussion on this Travel Sales and Customer Service Consultant role, please apply a member of the team will be in contact to discuss your application
