Job Description

Job Title: SAP Retail Merchandise & Assortment Planning Lead


Location: Hybrid – London (Client Location)


Day Rate: £££ Market Rates (Inside IR35)


Contract Length: Initial 6 months (with potential extension)


We are looking for an experienced SAP Retail Merchandise & Assortment Planning Lead to join a global consultancy on an exciting project. This role involves managing and tracking work assignments based on project deliverables, allocated budget, and time schedules while ensuring processes and deliverables are completed on time. As a Subject Matter Expert (SME), you will lead and guide the team, collaborate across functions, and contribute to key decisions.


Role Requirements & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and track work assignments according to project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Ensure teams execute processes according to standard methods or approved processes.
  • Act as an SME and lead your team, driving performance and decision-making.
  • Provide solutions to problems within your team and across multiple teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop innovative strategies to optimize merchandise and assortment planning processes.
