Location: London, onsite 1-2 days per week

Rate: £782.04 (inc holiday pay), CPL would act like your Umbrella company for this contract


We are recruiting for a global consulting company who require a contract SAP IS-R Consultant with experience in Retail Merchandise, Assortment Planning, Retail System Integration and Master Data.


You will be responsible for managing and tracking work assignments based on project deliverables, allocated budget, and time schedule. You will ensure teams execute processes according to standard methods or approved processes and ensure deliverables are completed as required in a timely manner. In this role, you are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.


You will be responsible for team decisions and will engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams.


Advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail Merchandise & Assortment Planning is required. As is advanced proficiency in SAP for Retail System Integration, Technology Architecture, and SAP for Retail Core Merchandising & Master Data.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative strategies to optimize merchandise and assortment planning processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in retail merchandise and assortment planning
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency
