Talent Manager – Digital

The Role:
This role is essential in assisting influencers with their day-to-day activities, managing communications, and coordinating various tasks to ensure their success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital media, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and dedicated manager for a portfolio of digital talent, building and maintaining strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration.
- Understand each talent's unique brand identity, content style, audience demographics, and career goals, and develop tailored strategies to enhance their presence, engagement, and monetization opportunities across digital platforms.
- Provide strategic guidance, mentorship, and support to talent on content creation, audience development, brand partnerships, and monetization strategies, helping them navigate the complexities of the digital space and achieve their career objectives.
- dentify and cultivate new brand partnership opportunities, collaborations, and sponsorship deals for talent, leveraging your network and industry insights to secure lucrative and mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with talent objectives, brand values, and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or digital media roles, preferably in a talent agency or entertainment environment.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, content creation, audience development, and monetization strategies, with expertise in platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, etc.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with talent, brands, and internal teams.
