Digital Talent Manager

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Talent Manager who has a deep passion for theatre and performing arts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the performing arts industry, combined with expertise in digital media and talent management. This role will involve identifying, nurturing, and managing digital talent, with a special focus on those with a theatre or performing arts background, to help them achieve their full potential online and offline.
Identify emerging digital talent
Evaluate potential clients based on their skills, digital presence, and marketability.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent. Provide guidance and support to help them grow their personal brand, increase their digital presence, and achieve career goals.
Identify and secure brand partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations for clients. Assist clients in developing compelling content that resonates with their audience. Oversee content calendars, production schedules, and ensure consistency in messaging.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including casting directors, producers, digital platforms, and other influencers. Bachelor’s degree in Theatre, Performing Arts, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in talent management, particularly with digital talent and/or performing artists.
Deep understanding and passion for theatre and the performing arts.
Strong knowledge of digital media platforms, social media marketing, and content creation
