Commercial Negotiator

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Agent looking to join a fantastic agent in Oxfordshire.

You must be able to work confidently on your own with good time keeping and diary management as well as working with the rest of the team to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day responsibilities.

They are looking for somebody to grow and evolve within the company, have great networking skills and be open to learning all of their processes and procedures from initial enquiries to negotiation and valuing.

A full clean UK Driving Licence and your own car is essential.

They are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and confident person to join this busy, energetic team.

The successful candidate will be driven with a desire to generate business and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- At least 2 years' experience of Property/Commercial experience

-Some Estate/farm management would be helpful

- Able to generate new business, regularly hitting targets

- Good diary management and self-motivation skills

- Works well under pressure

- Great customer service

- Have good IT and technical ability

Tasks to include but not limited to:- -

Undertake property valuations and generating new instructions.

- Negotiating sales of all types of commercial property, including subject to planning sales.

- Regularly liaise with clients, keeping them informed throughout the whole process up until completion

- Build a strong client base that is self-lead, regularly attending networking events etc.

- Deal with incoming leads and converting them into instructions

- Carry out property viewings

- Helping to answer telephone calls and emails when based in the office
