We‘re seeking a proactive Renewals Account Manager to support our growth and ensure excellent customer retention. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end renewal process for existing contracts. Build strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent service and value to clients. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue. What We Offer: Competitive salary of £35k commission.
