A Junior Sales Engineer is sought to take on a Component Sales Executive role for a leading name in Satellite Communications infrastructure. With excellent inter-personal skills, a minimum of an HNC/HND in Electronics and the ability to discuss complex technical problems with a range of customers, you'll thrive working within a customer facing role. Hybrid working + Commission scheme.The Junior Sales Engineer / Component Sales role will involve: * Driving continued sales growth thought both existing and new clients. * Being main point of contact for Component Sales, responding to technical tenders, providing customer support and maintaining excellent customer relations by phone / email and in person. * Attending global industry trade shows. * Managing International accounts. * Occasional International travel for 5-10% of the time.The ideal candidate will bring: * Some Technical Sales experience within an International arena. * Excellent communication and customer facing skills. * The ability to make a strong technical proposal. * Willingness to undertake International travel for business purposes. * Some knowledge of RF components or other electronic equipment. * Good negotiation and problem solving skills.The successful Junior Sales Engineer will be offered a competitive salary with a hybrid working option (3 days office / 2 WFH), a commission scheme plus numerous benefits to include 25 days holiday (plus buy/sell scheme), Annual Bonus and salary review, free refreshments, free on-site gym, subsidised employee canteen, well-being support and more
