Sales and Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract and retain clients, driving revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and networking.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to pinpoint trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
  • Organize and participate in events and networking opportunities to promote our products/services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Track and analyse sales and marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to convert insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised with a strong drive to lead the team by example.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
