Are you at that pivotal stage in your finance career where youre ready to master the fundamentals while stepping into a broader leadership role Were looking for a Management Accountant whos not only passionate about numbers but also eager to grow into a key contributor in branch-level business control.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the structure of monthly reporting and is excited by the opportunity to shape financial processes across our UK and Ireland branches. Youll spend the first six months learning the fundamentals of the role understanding our service organisation and building strong relationships. Thereafter youll be expected to take the lead on monthly P&L calls and support our Business Controller with annual Branch Reviewsdriving performance and insights at a local level.What Youll Be DoingDriving branch-level controlling and financial support across UK and IrelandLeading monthly P&L calls with branchesContributing to the budgeting process and supporting forecasting at the local levelAnalysing productivity of front-line operativesProducing monthly management accounts packsPreparing and posting month-end journalsRunning and compiling our month-end report packageCreating Power BI dashboards and supporting key usersAssisting with OneStream reportingSupporting internal and external audit requirementsQualifications : What Were Looking ForMinimum requirement: AAT Qualified or Degree level Qualified with at least 2 years experience in a finance role and a strong desire to complete the CIMA qualificationSomeone whos ready to take ownership of monthly reporting and grow into a leadership roleA team player with strong communication skills and an inquisitive mindsetDetail-oriented accurate and highly organisedProactive and motivated with a willingness to travel across the UK as neededExcellent IT skills especially in Excel (XLOOKUPs Pivot Tables) and Power BI dashboardsSAP experience is a plus but not essentialThis is more than a finance roleits a chance to shape how our branches operate financially and to grow into a strategic business partner at the local level.
