RECfinancial are working in an exclusive partnership with a highly entrepreneurial group of companies in their search to add another Management Accountant to the team, based at their head office in Leicester.
This exciting Management Accountant role will be based at the firm's impressive head office which is commutable distance from all areas of Leicester / Leicestershire, Coalville, Loughborough, Hinckley, Nottingham, Derby and Coventry / Warwickshire.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Management Accountant will be responsible for looking after two of the firm's businesses with a combined turnover of circa 16 million pounds. You will be responsible for the end to end accounting for the two businessesincluding full management accounts, budgets / forecasting, assisting with year end and working with the businesses in a commercial capacity to add value and make a difference.
You will be working with the businesses MD's to help them understand their monthly accounts and to drive financial performance & gross margin.
The FC is a great character and well experienced in coaching and developing their team into bigger roles within the business - the finance function has a team of around 20 staff. The role will grow with your experience and has the potential to become a FinanceManager in the future.
The business has a modern office and a culture that is relaxed and supportive - they are very modern in their approach. They offer hybrid working and also full study support.
To be considered for the role it's likely that will either be in a Management Accountant role allready or looking to make the step up from an Assistant Accountant role. You will be studying for either the CIMA or ACCA qualification.
The role has a salary range of between £32,000 and £37,500 plus a great benefits package.
