If youre as energised as a new Duracell bunny with the alert skills of a meerkat this is the job for youTypical shift as a Housing Management WorkerCustomer group - supporting customers who have experienced homelessness with a variety of support needs including but not limited to offending mental & physical health substance use.Making sure that our customers properties are homes they can be proud of youll support your customers by engaging and involving them in their tenancies.Help our customers with housing benefit claims making sure that these are received on their rent account.To support the next customers who needs our help and for maximum occupancy youll turn around void rooms within set timescales.
