Senior Night Support Worker

We are looking for a Senior Night Support Worker to join our team at Highwater House, a residential care home providing care for 22 adults with mental health and substance misuse issues.
You will be working independently with support from a second worker on sleep-in duty. Responsibilities include administrating medication, providing personal care and responding to clients' needs throughout the night.
You must be able to work on your own initiative, be adaptable, and be conscientious. Demonstrating that you are: Caring, Kind, Empathic, Patient, and know the basic principles of Care.
Experience working in residential care and with people with complex needs is essential.
**This role is a part-time position, 28.5hrs per week. Rota System over 2 weeks - each shift 10:15pm - 7:45am (9.5hrs)**
- **Week one - Monday, Tuesday, Sunday**:
- **Week two - Tuesday, Thursday, Friday**
**Salary range
- £27,269-£31,067 per year, pro-rata**
