At you.What Youll doThe Human Resources Officer will have a multifaceted position responsible for both Human Resources and Payroll functions.The Cluster HR Officer reports directly to the Cluster Human Resources Manager and works closely with the leadership team across the Cluster in driving the below:Assist in resolving employee relations matters escalating when necessary to the Cluster HR Manager.Support management in coaching training and development of employees.Maintain accurate employee records and files ensuring compliance with local regulations.Contribute to HR projects and initiatives across the Cluster.Ensure compliance with local labor laws company policies and industry best practices.Effectively communicate with employees and managers regarding HR policies procedures and programs.Collaborate with Cluster HR Coordinators and other team members to ensure cohesive HR operations.Actively participate in property and Cluster meetings initiatives and TakeCare/ARC activities.What were looking forSound knowledge of local labor laws regulations and payroll tax requirements.Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong sense of ownership integrity and dependability.Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.Hotel/Hospitality experience preferredPerks you deserve.Youll be supported in and out of the workplace through:Discounts on hotel rooms gift shop items food and beverageLearning and development opportunitiesRecognition programsWellbeing programsEncouraging managementTeam-spirited colleagues At Marriott International we are dedicated to being an equal opportunity employer welcoming all and providing access to opportunity.
