Your work will have real purpose: helping address pensions inadequacy and boosting the financial wellbeing of our members ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to plan ahead and ultimately so they can retire better and with confidence.What youll be doing:Commissioning and delivering primary research across a variety of topics including UX CX brand and proposition developmentLeveraging secondary market intelligence and collaborating with analytics and insight colleaguesGathering and analysing customer market and competitor intelligence to identify trends and opportunitiesChampioning the customer voice and guiding stakeholders with insight-driven recommendationsManaging research budgets efficiently to maximise value and impactTranslating insights into compelling stories that influence strategic decisionsEmbedding segmentation into research to enhance relevance and depth of findingsSupporting Consumer Duty and ensuring good customer outcomes through compliant research practicesQualifications : Who were looking for:Proven experience in market and customer research with strong storytelling skillsExpertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologiesAbility to translate insights for diverse audiences and stakeholder needsFinancial services experience especially in pensions investments or retirement sectorsStrong project management skills and experience commissioning researchConfidence in presenting and consulting with a proactive and collaborative approachAbility to balance strategic and tactical thinking with commercial and customer needsExperience managing research budgets and delivering cost-effective outcomesPassionate about customers and getting to the heart of what motivates themWhatever your role we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
