We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Admin Assistant to join a busy estate agency team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for registering applicants, booking viewings and managing the diary, so organisational skills are key.

We are recruiting for a family run multi award winning independent estate and lettings agent, who market quality homes across East Kent.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent people skills and be able to work in a busy office environment
  • Excellent organisation and computer skills
  • Must have great communication skills and excellent telephone manner
  • Must work well in a team and be a good team player
  • Good time management and be able to prioritise workload

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls from potential buyers, registering their details and discussing their property needs
  • Coordinate property viewings by communicating with vendors
  • Schedule appointments and manage the diary accordingly
  • Respond to calls from potential vendors, gather comprehensive property details, and input them into our system
  • Send out confirmations for viewings and valuations
  • Match potential buyers with suitable properties
  • Upload essential documents from various platforms
  • Ensure all files are compliant and kept up to date
