Marketplace ManagerSalary: £45,000 – £55,000 DOE Schedule: 4.5-day working week About the RolePeople2people are recruiting for a Marketplace Manager to take ownership of a growing Amazon business with a fantastic product This role will be overseeing everything from sales performance and stock management to listings optimisation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll combine analytical skills, commercial awareness, and leadership ability to drive marketplace success.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and optimise product listings across Amazon (and other marketplaces as needed).Track and analyse sales, stock levels, and trends to maximise performance and minimise inefficiencies.Use tools such as Helium 10 (or a similar platform) to monitor rankings, keywords, and product performance.Lead and support a small team, providing direction and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.Oversee a large SKU base (150+) and ensure effective management of listings, pricing, and stock availability.Identify growth opportunities through data insights and performance reporting. About YouProven experience managing Amazon Seller accounts (Vendor Central experience a plus).Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data to inform decisions.Experience managing others (at least one direct report).Comfortable handling a large catalogue of products.Highly organised with great attention to detail.A creative and curious mindset, someone who enjoys working with unique, interesting products. Essential Extras5 day working week, finish at 1pm every Friday.
