Systems Engineers X2 – CONTRACTS 12 MONTHS – ROCHESTER Kent Rates: Pay £50.00 PAYE PH + £7.27 Hols PH = TOTAL £57.27 PAYE PHOR £67.47 UMBRELLA PH Senior Systems Engineers with proven experience developing multi-discipline and/or safety involved / critical systems. Core Duties Working in a team environment to develop systems that meet the complex and demanding requirements of our customers. These systems provide high-integrity solutions for our military and commercial products. You may be doing one or more of the following: Understanding customer needs and collaborating to develop, validate and manage requirements Developing system architectures and sub-systems using a Model Based Engineering approach Integration, analysis and/or test of real time systems containing multiple technical disciplines, such as electronic, mechanical, optical and software sub-systems Providing guidance, coaching and nurturing talent in other engineers Verifying that our products satisfy customer needs Key Skillset Essential Ability to learn quickly, collaborate and work autonomously Proven experience developing systems in relevant product markets and/or domains, such as control systems, real time displays, embedded software or safety related systems, using design methodologies such as agile product development To include one or more of the following; Proven experience in requirements management, analysis, modelling and/or simulation, using tools such as Siemens Polarion, DOORS®, CAMEO, Enterprise Architect, MATLAB and/or Simulink Experience in integration, test, and/or verification of real time and/or safety related systems Experience of safety assessment processes including how these processes influence the design e.g. FMECA, Hazard Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, Common Mode Analysis, using tools such as Reliability Workbench Desirable An understanding of information assurance, cyber security and environmental impact aspects relating to real time embedded engineering productsTPBN1_UKTJ
