What you'll do:

  • Create and enter opportunities on EFACS
  • Assist with planning service-related activities
  • Raise requisitions, as requested, by Project Managers and Coordinators
  • Materials and equipment management, including arranging on and off hire
  • Tooling resource management
  • Prepare and coordinate travel, visa and passport requirements/documentation
  • Arrange hotel bookings in line with business requirements
  • Process waste consignment notes and arrange removal of waste from site
  • Prepare Engineers permits, authorisation, access and security clearances
  • Job pack compilation
  • Processing time sheets
  • Process engineers' reports, to include attaching to the job number on EFACS and identifying opportunities from the engineers' defect reports
  • Upload reports and information, as required, on customer web portal systems
  • Process expenses and mileage claim forms
  • Vehicle management and allocation
  • Arrange PPE/workwear for engineers, including specific customer requirements
  • Administer calibration and PAT testing requirements, as directed by quality
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Coordinators and other departments
  • Provide all areas of the service division with administrative support
  • To contribute to the achievement of department and business KPI objectives
  • Complete any reasonable task as directed by the Service Operations Manager or Service Support Supervisor
