What You'll Do Oversee all aspects of fleet management, including company cars and our van fleetEnsure compliance with legal and company requirements (MOT, insurance, road tax).Schedule servicing, maintenance, and repairs to keep vehicles road-ready.Monitor fuel usage, mileage, and cost-saving opportunities.Maintain accurate records and produce reports on fleet performance.Liaise with drivers, managers, and suppliers to resolve issues quickly.Implement and enforce fleet policies and driver checks. What We're Looking For Experience in fleet management or a similar coordination role.Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of compliance requirements for company cars and commercial vehicles.IT skills for managing fleet systems and reporting.
