ESG Regulatory Specialist

Lutine Bell are currently supporting a leading Asset Manager looking to appoint an ESG Regulatory Specialist into their growing ESG Regulatory Change Team.
Responsibilities:
- Drive ESG change initiatives by analysing regulations to identify key implications and planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing the necessary activities to achieve project goals.
- Collaborate with ESG stakeholders across the organization to identify areas requiring changes to comply with European regulatory standards.
- Create comprehensive documentation to capture requirements and prepare high-level executive communications summarizing the key impacts.
- Facilitate workshops to design and develop implementation strategies that integrate ESG considerations throughout the business.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, sharing best practices in business analysis and project management.
- Develop and oversee project plans in coordination with program managers, while clearly defining the roles and responsibilities of ESG stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Minimum of four years related work experience, with experience in ESG, leading regulatory analysis and project management highly desirable.
- Experience in asset management highly desirable.
- Interest in ESG and a passion for sustainability.
- Effective communicator, able to articulate challenges and solutions simply and clearly.
Location: London (hybrid working)
