Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver existing regulatory reports in multiple jurisdictions around the world.
  • Design and implement enhanced governance mechanisms to ensure adequate oversight and control over ESG reporting.
  • Provide requirements to sustainability technology teams to help automate mandatory ESG reporting processes.
  • Analyze ESG performance against key goals and draft performance narratives in partnership with finance and accounting teams.
  • Work with worldwide sustainability subject matter experts to understand calculation methodology and draft transparent disclosures for inclusion in voluntary and regulatory ESG reporting.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum 7 years of experience working in ESG reporting, financial reporting, or legal fields.
  • Experience creating new disclosures in accordance with specific criteria (i.e. US GAAP, ISSB/SASB, GHG protocol).
  • Deep understanding of ESG reporting criteria such as the GHG protocol and underlying assumptions supporting common ESG targets like net zero and 100% renewable energy.
  • Experience directly performing independent third-party assurance or managing external audit firms.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with external reporting solutions such as Workiva.
  • Ability to apply strategic thinking and demonstrate understanding of requirements to execute.
  • Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) Credential.
Salary Range: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum

This role offers a competitive salary range of £80,000 to £110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
