Project Administrator/CoordinatorLocation: This is a Hybrid role. This role will have an element of working from home or Leidos Facility with frequent travel to customer sites in the South ofClearance Required: This role will require attainment and maintenance of SC clearanceLeidos is seeking a highly organised and detail-orientated PMO Administrator/Coordinator to join our team on a complex and significant programme of work.What will I be doingUphold and ensure governance standards across the programme.Document decisions and actions from governance meetings and ensure timely follow-up.Maintain accurate records and reporting to support programme governance and compliance.Support the Programme Management Office (PMO) in delivering consistent processes and controls.Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization ensuring clear communication and alignment.What does Leidos need from mePrevious experience working in a PMO environment within a programme or portfolio setting.Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels including senior leadership.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced complex environment.Proficient in standard office tools and familiar with programme management frameworks.Please note: This role is subject to the outcome of a bid.
