Were looking for a dynamic Brand Partnerships Associate to join the team at Fenwick. In this role, youll support the development and delivery of creative and commercially successful collaborations between Fenwick and its brand partners. Youll help bring partnership campaigns to life across our stores, digital platforms, and events - enhancing our customer experience and elevating the Fenwick brand. Working closely with the Strategic Partnerships Manager, youll coordinate partnership activations, manage relationships with brands, and ensure all collaborations align with Fenwicks values and customer strategy. From creating partnership proposals and securing brand investment to overseeing campaign delivery, youll be instrumental in driving engagement and sales. Youll also collaborate cross-functionally with Buying, Marketing, Digital, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution and accurate reporting. Youll bring experience in marketing, partnerships, or account management, ideally within the retail, fashion, or lifestyle sectors. A strong communicator and organiser, youll be confident liaising with external partners and internal teams, managing budgets, and tracking campaign performance. What we are looking for in a candidate... Previous experience in marketing, partnerships, or account management (12 years desirable, internships or placements considered). Exposure to brand collaborations, co-marketing campaigns, or joint activations (preferably in retail, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle). Understanding of retail environments, shopper behaviour, and how partnerships can drive customer engagement and sales. Awareness of premium / luxury brands and how to maintain brand alignment in collaborations. Experience liaising with external partners, agencies, or suppliers. Strong communication and presentation skills to support pitches, proposals, and reporting. Proven ability to support campaign delivery coordinating timelines, assets, and approvals. Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, events, digital, and store teams. Ability to track performance of campaigns or partnerships and compile reports. Comfortable working with budgets, invoices, and partner contribution tracking.
