Overview

Mitchell Adam has the pleasure of exclusively working with a returning client of ours based in Wolverhampton. This client has been experiencing organic year on year growth due to their service and the uptick in sector, and are now looking for a Management Accountant to join their small but mighty, fast paced finance team. This role will suit an individual that loves a busy office with lots of fun perks and the attitude to match.

The successful candidate for this position will be a Management Accountant who has held their own in a small finance function before. Reporting into the CFO and Founder, you will crucially assist in the production of the management pack. You will be involved with analysing departmental costs, assisting in the development of budgets and creating a commentary over the variance to forecast.

Skills Needed

  • You will ideally be part qualified CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience.
  • Have proven examples of process improvement, as you will be encouraged to challenge the status quo.
  • Have a big personality to fit in with the office culture, to work seamlessly and cohesively.
  • Ideally, you will have had exposure in transnational accounts and understand the fundamentals should you be required to cover.
